Cadet Savannah Whitt, a senior from Morristown, TN, was recently recognized as one of the top Army ROTC Cadets in the entire country, ranking 23rd of more than 4,400 Cadets in her year group on Cadet Command's annual Order of Merit list.

Whitt, a Cadet Major who serves as the Battalion's Cadet Executive Officer, excels in both academics (consistently making the ETSU Dean's List) and physical fitness (routinely scoring extremely well on the Army Physical Fitness test), and works closely with her fellow seniors to plan, conduct, and evaluate daily training for the ROTC program's underclassmen.

Her national ranking reflects a tremendous amount of hard work and commitment to excellence; it also demonstrates the quality of her fellow Cadets and the cadre who help make ETSU ROTC such an outstanding program.
